We live in a diverse world, and in Europe
1 in 7 are from a different culture to ours. In the workplace
Equality & Diversity is about recognising these differences
in race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, disability,
gender, etc. and appreciating the benefits these differences
bring to the organisation. The course covers the legal aspects
of Equality & Diversity and what responsibilities we
have as professionals.
It also covers how discrimination
in the workplace arises, stereotyping, prejudices, and the
consequences of these to the harmony of the organisation.

and Equal Opportunities, EU Directives from 2003 on Religion & Beliefs,
