The Principal

Rauf Mirza brings a wide range of business skills and experiences to offer Clients. His portfolio includes:

  • Over twenty year’s successful experience in Pharmaceutical sales, sales management and marketing with start up and top-10 global companies
  • Wider commercial experiences in designing and delivering programmes for organisations in training, project management, business evaluation/Optimisation of sales and marketing, coaching for business professionals, etc.
  • Board level experience gained in a variety of roles: e.g. Chairman of Sport England West Midlands, Non-executive of NHS Stoke-on-Trent, Founder/Director of ‘MBA-Staffordshire’, and Ambassador for GEO (Government Equalities Office).
  • Sector knowledge and experience: Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology, Healthcare, Sports, Education, Business support, Public Sector Regeneration & Community Engagement, and other commercial sectors.
  • Direct experiences in working globally, across cultures & in different size organisations.

Our Reach

We work globally with diverse clients covering private sector companies from SMEs to blue chip global corporations, public sector, and Third Sector charities and social enterprises.

We work in partnership with other companies and Associates here in the UK and globally. For example ‘Triple A’, based in Hamburg, Germany, a leading and well established training company that provides multi-lingual trainers for business skills training for global clients. We are currently developing links with other Associates in the UK, Europe and globally to extend our reach, especially in the Emerging Markets.
