Acumen has delivered another high
impact coaching programme for
Daiichi-Sankyo, a young and ambitious pharmaceutical company.
This unique programme in this industry involved 1-2-1 coaching
in all
aspects of working hospitals, an essential but challenging
part of the role
of a Medical Representative. Baseline values are taken on
day one, as
self-assessment of individual's knowledge and skills, then
appropriate and
intensive coaching is provided to accelerate learning and
develop
skills/knowledge of each hospital or account.
Results are outstanding. This coaching programme delivered
high impact
improvements ranging from 48% to 197% from the baseline,
depending on the
level of experience of the individual.
